Role Description

The Junior Franchise Advisor will play a key role in supporting clients on their franchising journey. Responsibilities include providing consulting services, assisting in strategic planning, working on franchise development initiatives, and supporting project management tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Junior Franchise Advisor will work closely with clients and team members to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, trends, and metrics for sound decision-making
• Experience in Consulting and Strategic Planning to advise clients effectively and design comprehensive franchise solutions
• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to assist in coordinating complex franchise initiatives
• Understanding of Executive Management practices for collaborating with senior leadership and clients
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Salary Range: 25000 Inr + Incentive
