Junior Field Sales Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Field Sales Executive to join our team. This is a B2B sales role focused on industrial machines and tools. Responsibilities: Visit industrial clients, understand their machinery needs (shearing, bending, drilling, etc.) Pitch products and solutions to purchase and production heads Generate and follow up on leads via cold visits, calls, exhibitions, and referrals Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and technical details Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM Achieve monthly sales targets Requirements: Strong interest in B2B field sales Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English Willingness to travel daily for fieldwork Basic knowledge of industrial machines is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
