Junior Field Sales Engineer

You will be joining our team as a Junior Field Sales Executive, where your primary focus will be on B2B sales within the industrial machines and tools sector. Your role will involve visiting industrial clients to understand their machinery needs, which may include shearing, bending, drilling, and more. You will be responsible for pitching our products and solutions to purchase and production heads, generating leads through various channels such as cold visits, calls, exhibitions, and referrals. Collaboration with internal teams for quotations and technical details will also be a key part of your responsibilities. It is essential to prepare daily visit reports and update the CRM regularly to track progress towards achieving monthly sales targets. To excel in this role, you should have a strong interest in B2B field sales and possess excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Daily fieldwork travel will be required, so willingness to travel is essential. While basic knowledge of industrial machines is beneficial, it is not mandatory. This position is full-time and open to freshers who are eager to kickstart their career in sales. As part of our benefits package, you will have access to health insurance.
