Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Field Sales Executive to join our team. This is a B2B sales role focused on industrial machines and tools. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Process payroll and maintain employee financial records. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CA Inter preferred). Proven experience in accounting or finance roles (minimum 2–3 years). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
