Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in business processes, operations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze financial data to detect fraudulent activities and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
Develop and implement effective auditing procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues identified during audits and improve overall organizational performance.
Provide expert advice on risk management best practices to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in internal audit or related field (e.g., accounting, finance).
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Chartered Accountancy (CA) preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements .
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) with ability to learn new software quickly.
The Candidate should be comfortable with Traveling.
