Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to conducting interviews and final selection.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and induction for new employees/apprentices.
  • Maintain a recruitment tracker and generate periodic reports.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, payroll inputs, etc.).
  • Handle

    attendance regularization, leave management, and shift coordination.

  • Support

    payroll processing

    by ensuring accuracy of attendance and related inputs.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and grievance handling at the client site.
  • Coordinate for

    training, performance evaluation, and compliance documentation.

  • Prepare and submit HR MIS reports to both client and internal HR teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company and client HR policies and statutory compliances.
