Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining KONE India as a Junior Executive Maintenance in Calicut. Your main responsibilities will include customer relationship management, service operations, and leadership/people management. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication - Ensure accurate reporting of work performed and equipment safety and performance - Manage site environment during service operations and identify site risks - Execute service visits, plan workload, and raise sales leads - Manage proximity stock, service tooling, van, instruments, etc effectively - Provide feedback for ongoing improvement of products, methods, and safety - Regularly update supervisor on relevant information and attend proposed training - May be required to provide training/coaching to nominated persons Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in maintenance with relevant education Additional Details: KONE is focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where employee engagement is key.
