Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining KONE India, specifically the Calicut branch, as a Junior Executive Maintenance. Your role will involve managing customer relationships, ensuring equipment safety and performance, handling service operations, and contributing to ongoing improvement of products and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication - Ensure accurate and real-time reporting of work performed - Manage site environment during service operations and identify site risks - Execute service visits, planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs according to schedule and quality standards - Plan workload effectively, raise sales leads, and manage proximity stock - Keep service tooling, van, instruments, etc. safe, maintained, and in good condition - Provide feedback for ongoing improvement of products, methods, and safety - Update supervisor regularly on all relevant information - Attend proposed training and may provide training/coaching as required - Minimum 3+ years of experience in maintenance with relevant education Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in maintenance with relevant education Additional Details: KONE is a global leader in providing elevators, escalators, automatic building doors, and maintenance solutions.
