Role & responsibilities

Order Processing (10 Depots) Manage and monitor customer orders from placement to fulfillment. Returns Management Handle customer return requests, monitor returned inventory, and ensure timely resolutions. Safe-T Claims Management File and manage Safe-T claims with Amazon for reimbursement of losses due to customer returns or damage. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and ensure accurate inventory tracking. Listing Management (Single & Bulk Uploads) Create, update, and optimize product listings using both single and bulk upload methods via flat files. Seller Support Communication & Case Logs Raise cases and escalate issues with Amazon Seller Support; maintain logs of all communications and resolutions. Keyword Analysis & SEO Optimization Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve product visibility and ranking. Master Sheet Preparation Maintain comprehensive Excel/Google Sheets for tracking products, listings, inventory, returns, and claims. Depot Communication (Oral) Coordinate with up to 10 warehouse depots for dispatches, logistics, and stock updates. Payments Follow-up Monitor and reconcile Amazon disbursements; follow up for any pending payments or discrepancies. Report Generation (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) Generate business, tax, inventory, and performance reports on regular intervals for analysis and audit. Amazon Brand Store Creation Set up and manage Amazon Brand Stores for "Priya" and "Sabala" brands. A+ Content Management Design and upload enhanced brand content (EBC/A+ pages) to improve customer engagement and conversion. Product Video Management Upload product videos on listings to increase interaction and boost credibility. Image Management & URL Creation Create image URLs and manage image assets for Amazon listings. Content Optimization Write and optimize Titles, Bullet Points, and Product Descriptions to align with Amazons SEO guidelines. Product Variation Creation Set up product variations (size, color, pack of, etc.) for better catalog presentation and customer navigation. Raise and manage indents (requests) for stock and packing materials required across all 10 depots to ensure uninterrupted order fulfillment
