E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Operations (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.)

• End-to-end management of listings and compliance checks
• Handle catalog creation, ASIN merging, FNSKU/barcode generation, and flat file uploads.
• Monitor suppressed, inactive, and stranded listings. Raise cases and resolve issues.
• Ensure product visibility through keyword optimization and content improvements.
• Track performance and price competitiveness.
  

Order & Inventory Management

• Coordinate daily order processing for FBA and FBM (Amazon), Flipkart & Shopify
• Update stock inventory across marketplaces using tools or manually.
• Ensure timely dispatch, packaging, and order tagging with warehouse team.
• Coordinate with courier partners / shipping aggregators for smooth last-mile delivery.
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor daily sales, returns, and cancellations on each marketplace.
• Maintain Excel trackers for inventory, pricing, promotions, and ASIN-level sales.
• Coordinate with finance team for reconciling orders, fees, returns, and payments.
• Identify top-selling products, slow-movers, and operational bottlenecks using data.
  

Customer Support Coordination

• Assist customer support team for escalated issues related to delivery, returns, ratings & reviews.
• Raise claims for lost/damaged items on Amazon/Flipkart and track reimbursements.
  

Preferred candidate profile

e-commerce marketplace operations

• Strong knowledge of

  Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub

• Good with

  Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, filters, formulas)

• Understanding of

  product listing formats, FBA/FBM, order lifecycle

• Comfortable working with

  data, numbers, and online dashboards

• Proactive, responsible, and organized person who can coordinate across teams
