Job Description

Carefully pack various types of jewellery (rings, necklaces, earrings, etc.) according to brand standards.
Ensure product quality and accuracy before packing check for defects, correct SKU, size, and quantity.
Use appropriate packaging materials to protect delicate items during shipping.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area and follow safety guidelines.
Label, seal, and prepare packages for courier pick-up or dispatch.
Assist in inventory counts, stock organization, and restocking packing materials.
Collaborate with the quality control and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Handle items with care to avoid scratches, tarnishing, or damage.

Qualifications

Minimum 10th or 12th grade pass (High school diploma preferred).
Prior experience in packing, warehousing, or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus but not required.
High attention to detail and focus on quality.
Ability to handle small, delicate items with precision and care.
Basic understanding of e-commerce order processes is an advantage.
Physically fit to stand and work for extended periods.
Punctual, responsible, and a team player.
