Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute paid campaigns across

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  for e-commerce.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
• Manage and optimize budgets to ensure

  maximum ROI and ROAS

  .
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using

  Google Analytics, GTM, and other marketing analytics tools

  .
• Plan, execute & measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Implement

  A/B testing strategies

  across campaigns, creatives, and audiences.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the team to identify ad optimization and create reports
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in

  Performance Marketing

  with a strong focus on

  E-commerce

  .
• Proven expertise in managing

  Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

  with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as

  GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets

  .
• Solid understanding of

  conversion tracking, attribution models, and data-driven decision making

  .
• Knowledge of

  SEO basics, remarketing, and retargeting strategies

  is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
