Junior Executive - Accounting & Tax

As a Tax Compliance Manager at TMF Group, you will play a crucial role in managing tax compliances, day-to-day accounting, and audit support. Your responsibilities will include conducting work reviews for junior team members, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring regular updating of regulatory changes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity for ad-hoc work management to support the growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Tax compliances including GST Return/Filing & TDS Return/Filing - Perform day-to-day accounting & Bookkeeping tasks - Prepare MIS reports to support decision-making processes - Provide Audit Support to ensure compliance - Conduct work reviews for junior team members - Manage ad-hoc work assignments - Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes in the industry Key Requirements: - Graduate/Post-graduate/MBA (Fin) with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience - Proficiency in handling Accounts and working on MIS - Knowledge of Tally and other ERP systems, advanced knowledge of Excel - Experience in statutory compliances such as Income tax (Advance tax, TDS, ITR), Goods & Service Tax (GST) - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to coordinate effectively with clients - Experience in Vendor Management tasks Working at TMF Group, you will have the opportunity for career development, challenging work assignments, and global exposure.
