1 Assist in the daily supervision of construction activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
2 Conduct regular quality checks on materials and workmanship for all stages of villa construction (foundation, superstructure, finishing, landscaping).
3 Identify potential issues and report them promptly to the Project Engineer/Manager.
4 Assist in the interpretation and review of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for weekend villa designs.
5 Support in the accurate setting out of building layouts and levels on site.
6 Learn and apply basic principles of structural stability, material behavior, and construction techniques relevant to residential structures.
7 Assist in calculating and verifying material quantities required for various construction stages.
8 Monitor material deliveries and usage on-site to minimize waste.
9 Support the Project Engineer in managing labor and equipment deployment.
10 Maintain accurate daily site progress reports, including labor, material usage, and work completed.
11 Assist in preparing documentation for quality checks, progress billing, and compliance.
12 Organize and maintain project files, drawings, and correspondence.
13 Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations on the construction site.
14 Promote a safety-first culture among the workforce.
15 Understand and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations relevant to residential properties.
16 Liaise effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and site labor under supervision.
17 Communicate project updates and challenges to the Project Engineer/Manager
