Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collect all data for Line rejection
Resolving the child part related line issue.
Handle inspection tools and gauge.
Checking and prepare inspection reports for all incoming material.
Timely ERP activities. (i.e RTV, receiving)
material testing third party
Analysis of incoming material quality issue and rejection
Maintain the IATF documents & Records.
FIFO monitoring & checked at all process.
Monitoring in-coming rejection PPM
Manage Checking Manpower Allotment for QA inspection
Maintain 1s,2s, and 3s on shop floor.
Kaizen implementation.
Plan for incoming inspection as per production planning or advance planning for production
Prepare supplier rating, quality rating,
Store handling (i.e child part tracing)
Any other task assigned by reporting supervisor or manage
