Junior Engineer - Quality

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at our company, your main responsibility will be to maintain the quality assurance process in alignment with the company's vision, with a focus on improving process quality areas. Your goal will be to work towards achieving zero customer complaints and eliminating unsafe conditions in your respective area. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting PIR/FIR inspections - Verifying 4M reports - Verifying abnormality reports - Line POKA-YOKE verification - Performing daily in-house rejection analysis - Conducting process & product audits - Updating the FMDS board To qualify for this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of relevant experience in quality control - Experience in lay out inspection - Strong background in analyzing in-house rejections, customer complaints, and utilizing 7QC tools for analysis - Good communication skills and data entry proficiency - A diploma in a relevant field Candidates must be open to relocating and working in Dharuhera.
