Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site engineering work and execution of construction activities.
• Monitor labor, materials, and machinery usage as per project plans.
• Support Senior Engineers in supervising site work and ensuring quality standards.
• Maintain daily site records, work progress, and update reports.
• Check levels, layouts, shuttering, steel, and concrete work.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards are followed on-site.
• Report site issues or delays to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in site execution (civil, modular, or infrastructure preferred).
• Knowledge of construction drawings and execution basics.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and quantity estimation.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.
