Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our architecture and design team in a construction-focused environment. The role involves assisting in the development of architectural designs, preparing construction drawings, and coordinating with engineering and site teams. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in real-world construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the senior architect in preparing conceptual and detailed drawings for construction projects.
• Draft architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Assist in design coordination with structural, MEP, and site execution teams.
• Participate in site visits for design validation and construction supervision.
• Prepare presentations, 3D views, and documentation for approvals.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with building codes, project specifications, and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 2 years of experience in architectural design or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (basic), Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and detailing.
• Strong visualization and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and a proactive learning attitude.
