Junior Engineer - Building Construction

Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Construction Project Management Software, OSHA Safety Training, Blueprint Reading, Concrete and Masonry Construction Techniques, We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Junior / Site Engineer to join our team for our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multistorey building construction and the ability to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain project schedules. Monitor and enforce quality control and safety standards on-site. Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and design teams to resolve site-related issues. Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering. 1-4 years of experience in multistorey building construction. Proficiency in interpreting drawings and specifications. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
