1. The Junior/Assistant Engineer (JE/AE) – BA Lines (Electrical & Automation) is responsible for managing shift operations across AP3 and HBA lines with a strong focus on safety, statutory compliance (TPM, PIP, Kaizen, LOTO), downtime reduction, and execution of electrical improvement and innovation projects.
2. The role involves implementing and monitoring 5S practices, ensuring 100% availability of electrical spares as per BOM, updating and maintaining all technical documents including drawings and manuals, and ensuring accurate SAP structure mapping for all equipment.
3. The candidate is expected to achieve targets such as zero incidents, 15 near misses per man per month, 2 suggestions/Kaizens per month, 100% audit compliance, and 50% reduction in line downtime.
4. Additionally, the role includes vendor and contractor coordination, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement through training and innovation to enhance line performance, equipment reliability, and overall productivity.
