Civil Site Engineer – Interior, Finishing & Waterproofing Qualifications & Experience Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering / B.Tech 2–4 years of relevant field experience in interior finishing and waterproofing projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Ability to interpret d finishing drawings/specification Location – Noida 150 Salary 20k to 30k. Interior & Finishing Supervise and inspect finishing works including tiling, flooring (tiles, marble), painting, partitions, false ceilings. Ensure quality of workmanship as per specifications and design intent. Track material arrivals, storage, consumption, and waste reduction. Waterproofing Coordinate and supervise execution of waterproofing systems (liquid membranes, sheet systems, injection grouting) on-site Inspect for leaks, oversee defect rectification, conduct quality checks and documentation Site Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to align tasks Monitor daily progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, updated toward handover and management review. Soft Skills Excellent communicator, with ability to work with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members Strong problem-solving skills to address site issues promptly Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Working Conditions Full-time, on-site role; frequent coordination with multiple stakeholders Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer Pay: ₹9,070.66 - ₹31,695.45 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
