We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Digital Marketing Lead who is eager to take ownership of digital campaigns, assist with strategy execution, and contribute to brand growth across online platforms. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with internal teams to drive measurable marketing results.
* Manage and grow social media presence through engaging content and strategic posting
* Support SEO activities, keyword research, and website performance improvements
* Monitor ongoing campaign performance and prepare analytical reports
* Assist in developing content for ads, blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and other digital channels
* Coordinate with design and sales teams for smooth project delivery
* Implement marketing automation workflows for email and CRM-driven campaigns
* Track and optimize marketing budgets to improve cost efficiency and outcomes
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing
* Experience with analytics and ad tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with multiple teams
* Basic knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools is an advantage
