Junior Digital Asset Librarian

You will leverage your expertise in taxonomy, metadata, and digital asset organization to ensure optimal search results and streamlined access on the platform. Collaborating closely with studios and clients, you will accelerate creative output by optimizing asset workflows within the DAM system. Monitoring and enforcing usage rights throughout the asset lifecycle will be crucial to prevent any misuse or untimely release of assets. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing, cataloging, tagging, and publishing assets within the Craft DAM ecosystem. You will also create, manage, and apply appropriate usage rights records to assets to safeguard against misuse. Managing and processing asset fulfillment requests and workflows will be an essential part of your role. As part of the team, you are expected to support MWG and Craft's values, fostering an environment of mutual respect, strategic thinking, and open communication. Collaboration with global teams across multiple offices and time zones will be a key aspect of your work. To excel in this position, you should possess basic knowledge of DAM, metadata, and taxonomy concepts. Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of experience working with an enterprise-level digital asset management platform. Candidates with a background in BMS/BCA/BE and a profound passion for technology are preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for understanding and translating requirements effectively.
