As a Junior Design Engineer specializing in EOT Cranes & Structural Design, you will play a crucial role in assisting the design and development of EOT cranes and material handling equipment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in structural design, material handling systems, and design software. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing EOT cranes while ensuring structural integrity and safety standards are met. - Support the development of structural designs and modifications for cranes and equipment. - Contribute to the design of material handling equipment to ensure functionality and efficiency. - Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Staad Pro to create 3D models and detailed drawings. - Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure design tolerances are met during the assembly process. - Prepare and maintain design documents, reports, and specifications. - Work with cross-functional teams and senior engineers to enhance technical skills and knowledge. - Assist in evaluating and optimizing design processes for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of experience in design engineering or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships/projects are encouraged to apply. - Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Staad Pro is advantageous. - Basic understanding of EOT cranes and material handling systems is beneficial but not mandatory. - Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in design optimization. - Good verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork. - Ability to work collaboratively with others. In addition to the above details, the company offers a full-time, permanent position with compensation ranging from 15,479.02 to 35,501.21 per month. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts with a yearly bonus. The work location is in-person at Changodar, Ahmedabad.
