We are looking for a proactive & creative Videographer. The role involves working 5 days from the office and 1 day at project sites each week, shifting to a 5-day workweek with 2 days fixed off after a 3-month probation. The ideal candidate must own professional camera gear, be capable of independently capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content, and should bring a like-minded, aggressive, and ideas-driven attitude to the team. You’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling stories that showcase our projects, collaborating closely with the creative team, and consistently bringing new and innovative concepts to the table. Key Highlights: Full-time role: 5 days office + 1 day site visit per week (post-probation: 5-day workweek, 2 days off) Must own and operate personal professional camera gear. Capture, edit, and deliver complete video content. Experience in construction/interior design videography preferred. Strong editing skills. Proactive, aggressive, and creatively aligned mindset. Responsible for proposing and executing new video ideas regularly.
Key Responsibilities • Understand client requirements and prepare design concepts. • Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D visuals. • Develop mood boards, material boards, and design presentations. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site engineers throughout the project. • Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor work progress. • Ensure design quality and timely project completion. • Stay updated with latest materials, trends, and technologies in interior design. Required Skills • Good knowledge of space planning, materials, and design principles. • Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, etc. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. • Ability to work with contractors and site teams.
