Job Description

Server Installation

  • Verify the Application SQL is connecting with respect to the server installation work.

Application Configuration Plan

  • Do the Configuration with respect to the Configuration Plan document received from Implementation team.
  • Verify the Configuration process with respect to the Configuration Plan document.

Scope Verification Internal

  • Do the Configuration with respect to the Configuration Plan document received from Implementation team.
  • Verify the process flow with respect to the Internal Scope verification document.
  • Maintain the status of Scope verification.
  • Handover the Application Configuration To Implementation Team.

Data Migration

  • Execute the Data Migration Work based on the document received from Implementation team.
  • Maintain the status of data migration work.
  • Handover the Data Migration To Implementation Team.

Deliver the Customization Point

  • Identify the customization point applicability (Client Specific / Product Specific).
  • Verify the customization point with respect to the document.
  • Organize the demo with teams (Implementation / Support) before release of the customization point.

Document Print changes

  • To made the changes in the crystal report based on their client requirement.

Additional Support

  • POC Support.
  • Maintain Product Parasetting Document.
  • General Master Creation/Modification.
  • Live Support Scenario Identification.
  • Sales and Marketing-Video taken.

Demo Readyness (Indian/Overseas)

  • New Environment readyness-To enhance the product stability new environment will be handle with default configurations for both indian and overseas.

Patch Release Process

  • Newly handled logic and against the bug points the changes are released to the clients.
