Job Summary:

Content Creator / Creative Coordinator

The ideal candidate is someone who blends storytelling with strategy, has a deep understanding of visual communication, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize content ideas

   and campaign themes in line with brand tone and business objectives.
• Develop 

  content briefs

  , storyboards, or mood boards for visual teams.
• Collaborate closely with 

  GDs and MGDs

   to bring ideas to life — from static visuals to video-based content.
• Act as a 

  bridge between client and Execution team

  , ensuring creative output aligns with campaign goals and timelines.
• Coordinate day-to-day project workflows, ensuring delivery of high-quality content within deadlines.
• Provide creative direction, constructive feedback, and improvements during the design process.
• Assist in planning and organizing creative assets for marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with current trends in content, design, and digital storytelling to keep ideas fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (content, creative, coordination).
• Strong conceptual and visual thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with 

  graphic and motion design teams

  .
• Basic understanding of design and video production processes is a plus.
• A portfolio or samples of conceptual work (content ideas, campaigns, etc.) is a bonus.
