Junior Content Writer (ORM Team)

About the Role:

Junior Content Writer

You will work closely with the ORM and brand communication teams to create and manage digital content that helps maintain and enhance our clients’ online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and proofread content for ORM activities across multiple platforms (Google Reviews, social media, forums, etc.)
• Draft and manage brand responses to customer reviews, feedback, and comments in a professional and brand-consistent tone
• Research industry trends and competitor communication to maintain relevant and effective messaging
• Ensure all written communication aligns with brand voice and guidelines
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly ORM reports and content performance summaries
• Collaborate with the ORM team to maintain a positive online presence for clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent command of English — both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone of voice
• Basic understanding of digital media, online reputation, and social platforms
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
