We are a fresh EdTech startup based in Kochi, Kerala, focused on delivering high-quality, accessible educational content rooted in the NCERT syllabus. Our mission is to make learning more engaging and effective for high school students across India.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Content Manager

You’ll be working on creating academic content, organizing materials, assisting in managing creative workflows, and collaborating closely with our design and subject teams.

Location

Kochi, Kerala

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in planning and managing content for educational platforms
• Work with internal teams to prepare high-quality notes and learning materials based on the NCERT syllabus (Classes 5–12)
• Use tools like

  Google Docs, Sheets, and Canva

  (training will be provided)
• Help track task progress and maintain content databases
• Optimize digital content for both SEO and user engagement.
• Support the team with design edits and formatting
• Ensure quality control and adhere to deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• A

  Bachelor’s degree

  in any field
• Strong

  English communication skills

  (written and spoken)
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

• Basic Canva/design skills

  (training will be provided)
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work independently
• Remote-ready with a reliable internet connection
• Being based in or near

  Kochi

  is a

  big plus

• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Good command of the English language with editorial and proofreading abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
• Working knowledge of Canva and basic design principles.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital publishing.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently or with a team.
• Passion for education and learning.
