Junior Content & Community Manager – Full Remote

We are looking for a Junior Content & Community Manager to join our Asia Team.

This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for social media, content creation, and online community engagement. You will be involved in developing engaging content for different platforms, managing communities, and helping brands grow their online presence in dynamic and innovative ways. You will also contribute to the preparatory phases of new product launches, support influencer research, assist with market research tasks, and help with content uploading and management.

You will work closely with our strategists and creatives, learning how to balance creativity with data, and gaining exposure to international projects in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.

Requirements:

• Methodical mindset, strong organization skills, and the ability to work on assigned goals
• At least 1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or community management
• Familiarity with major social platforms
• Strong interest in digital culture, lifestyle trends, and brand storytelling
• Ability to write clear, engaging copy for different social formats
• Fluency in English

• Proactivity, curiosity, and willingness to learn and grow within an international team
