Job Description

Qualifications: MBBS, MD (Paediatrics) and Fellowship in Haematology-oncology or Immunology and relevant Bone Marrow Transplant experience

Experience: The applicant must have relevant haematology-oncology or immunology and bone marrow transplant experience. The successful applicant will work with bone marrow transplant consultants (1:3 rota) and BMT nursing team leaders.

The unit provides comprehensive pre-transplant care for patients with leukaemia and immunodeficiencies, including the use of advanced immunotherapies. Transplants are performed for immunodeficiencies, malignant haematology, non-malignant haematology, and metabolic disorders. As an academic unit, there are ample opportunities for involvement in transplant-related research projects, with support for publication.
