Junior Client Servicing Executive [from an advertising backgound only]

We’re looking for a sharp and proactive Client Servicing professional to manage day-to-day communication, execution, and coordination between internal teams and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver on briefs.
• Manage timelines, feedback loops, and expectations efficiently.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across all stakeholders.
• Assist in developing client presentations, reports, and status trackers

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in client servicing.
• Strong writing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to digital trends.
• Proven track record in client servicing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing clients & delivering to standards.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles, preferably in advertising/marketing.
• Skilled in team & project management, timelines, and client expectations.
• Strong understanding of content, creative, and digital marketing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
