Junior Client Management Executive - Female

You will be responsible for cultivating solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service, creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients, and regularly interacting with clients through various communication channels. Your role will also involve identifying ways to overcome clients" initial dislike of company products, maintaining accurate records of clients, and responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities: - Train and provide guidance to client service employees - Organize training seminars for clients to fully utilize product features - Ensure correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent billing issues Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) - Language: Malayalam Please note that this is a full-time position suitable for freshers.
