Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the client servicing team in managing day-to-day client interactions.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support in preparing client reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Handle client queries and escalate issues to the concerned departments when required.
• Maintain and update client databases and project trackers.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and client satisfaction initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of technology and related concepts.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred:
