About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Associates to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Support day-to-day client interactions, addressing queries and providing relevant updates.
• Analyze data and prepare reports or presentations for client review meetings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good understanding of technical concepts (for candidates from tech backgrounds).
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior internship or experience in client servicing, operations, or coordination roles (preferred but not mandatory).
