Junior Civil Engineer

As a Civil Engineer with 5-7 years of experience on construction sites, your role will involve planning and scheduling project activities to meet timelines, ensuring timely work execution, and liaising with Architects, Consultants, and Contractors for smooth site functioning. You will be responsible for conducting Project Review and Design Review meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and maintaining records like inventory, RIF register, drawing register, and non-compliance register on site. Your duties will also include identifying delays, inviting quotes from local vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies, and preparing MIS reports for decision-making. Additionally, you will be expected to minimize material wastage, suggest value engineering to reduce costs, and coordinate with team members, contractors, and consultants to ensure work completion as per schedule. Any other tasks assigned periodically should also be undertaken. Qualifications: - B.E. in Civil Engineering with courses in Structural Engineering preferred Experience: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience on construction sites - Experience in executing large projects spanning approximately 25-50 acres of land - Proficiency in design and construction aspects of Civil, Structural, and Architectural engineering - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Computerized reporting, and MS Office package - Proficiency in local language, both written and spoken, is mandatory.,
