Junior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Estimation & Technical WorkPrepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings. Conduct rate analysis for civil works as per market rates and schedule of rates (SOR). Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material requirements for projects. Assist in preparing technical proposals, methodology, and work execution plans. Review civil drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accuracy and clarity. Tendering & DocumentationPrepare, review, and compile tender documents including technical proposals, BOQs, financial bids, and certificates. Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, and ensure compliance before submission. Track tender announcements, submission deadlines, corrigenda, and clarification queries through government/private portals. Assist in preparing pre-bid queries, negotiation letters, and justification letters. Office Coordination & CommunicationDraft and issue official letters, notices, and correspondence to clients, consultants, and government authorities. Coordinate with technical, procurement, accounts, and site teams to collect and verify data required for tenders and project documents. Maintain a proper filing/documentation system (hard & soft copies) for tenders, drawings, approvals, and project records. Reporting & Record ManagementMaintain an updated database of submitted tenders, awarded works, and related documentation. Support management with progress reports, project summaries, MIS reports, and documentation for audits.
