• Build clear, structured reports that highlight opportunities and risks

Translate data into insights that support cross-functional teams such as Buying, Design, and Planning.

• Track key business metrics for each category

Monitor performance indicators like sell-through, revenue impact, and product velocity.

• Support pricing and margin decisions

Assist in evaluating product costs, pricing ranges, and category-level profitability.

• Develop forecasts and projections to guide inventory and buying

Use historical data and performance drivers to estimate demand and category potential.

• Conduct market and consumer research

Study industry trends, competitor positioning, and consumer preferences to strengthen category strategy.

• Support category growth initiatives

Provide insights that influence what categories to scale, refine, or evolve based on performance and market signals.

• Own category level P&Ls and unit economics

Plan, monitor, and track all vertical split PnLs. Use financial fundamentals to support strategic decision-making and ensure category health.
