Job Description

We are looking for a smart and dynamic individual to coordinate across teams and act as a bridge between business and technical development teams
The ideal candidate will support in documentation, and delivery of business requirements and solutions

Job Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & AnalysisWork closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional requirements

Project DocumentationPrepare and maintain project-related documents such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and meeting notes

Scrum MeetingsParticipate in and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning to ensure smooth project execution

Project CoordinationAssist in planning, tracking, and managing project deliverables while ensuring timely completion

Stakeholder CommunicationAct as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and developers to ensure clear and effective communication

Process ImprovementIdentify gaps in current workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency

Testing & ValidationSupport UAT by validating requirements and ensuring alignment with business needs

Mandatory Skills
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as BA in IT
Internship tenure can also be considered

Exposure to BRDs, user stories, or flow diagrams

Understanding of Agile methodologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- able to liaise with staff at all levels in the organization

Strong problem solving skills, with keen attention to detail

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to work on own initiative within agreed boundaries

Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities

Be flexible and adaptable, able to work on multiple projects at any one time

Good To Have
SkillsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
