Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Manager Sales Business Development located in Ahmedabad. The Junior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, managing sales operations, and overseeing customer service initiatives.

Additionally, this role requires strong communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

The successful candidate will need to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and manage a dynamic sales team to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Freshers are welcome
• Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales Operations experience is a plus
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
