Junior Business Development Executive

At Plexusbit Software, we're looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to establish and grow our sales and marketing function

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain prospect database
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Required Qualifications:

• BE/BTech from esteemed college with consistent academic records
• Strong phone communication skills, willingness to learn explaining technical services to potential clients
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication abilities
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive follow-up capabilities and consistent pipeline management
• Preferable - Knowledge of using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach, CRM experience

The ideal candidate will be comfortable initiating conversations with potential clients and maintaining professional relationships throughout the sales cycle. They will play a key role in driving our company's growth through strategic LinkedIn outreach and relationship building.
