The Junior Business Development Executive will support the sales and marketing team in identifying leads, generating interest, and acquiring new clients. This role involves market research, cold/warm calling, client follow-ups, and assistance in closing sales to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls, warm calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads
Research and identify potential clients in digital marketing, education, or IT sectors
Fix appointments and assist in presenting company services and proposals to prospects
Maintain and update lead and client details using CRM tools
Follow up with potential leads and support in converting them into clients
Prepare basic sales presentations, proposals, and reports
Assist in attending client meetings, demos, or video calls with the senior team
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and client outreach activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
business development or sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Good communication (English and regional language) and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of marketing or digital services
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (optional)
