Junior Brand Manager - Panaji Goa

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage and oversee daily content creation for platforms like Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and more.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their monthly objectives and align campaigns accordingly.
• Track key performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and growth through Meta Business Suite, Google My Business etc
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create visually appealing and impactful content.
• Schedule and manage on site shoots for content generation through backend planning: drafting shoot plan, equipment management, Props sourcing etc.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze campaign results and provide insights for future strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree diploma in Mass Communication or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Social Media (freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Canva and familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
