Job Description

Role Overview:

Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Brand Manager / Account Manager to join our Brand Team. Youll play a key role in executing brand initiatives across digital, social, and community channels, from growing our online presence to managing creator collaborations and partnerships that build brand love.

Youll work closely with the Brand Manager to bring our campaigns to life, track performance, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

KPI:

  • Build and execute the monthly social media content calendar in coordination with design and brand teams.
  • Manage the post approval process and ensure timely publishing.
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions to drive visibility and relevance.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and insights to inform future content strategies.

2. Social PR & Brand Partnerships

KPI:

  • Identify and reach out to potential partner brands and pages for organic collaborations.
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution including ideation, approvals, and post-live tracking.
  • Conduct weekly competitor mapping across social and Google to stay updated on industry activity.

3. Content Creator Collaborations

  • Create briefs on a monthly basis and coordinate with agency to curate influencer lists
  • Develop scopes of work and negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage agency/ creator relationships and ensure content quality aligns with brand standards.
  • Maintain monthly reporting dashboards for all creator activities and outcomes.

4. CPG – Shopify Channel Management

  • Coordinate with design to execute creatives as per the monthly content calendar.
  • Manage the execution of emailers and promotional assets on Shopify.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics including ads, conversions, and email campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting key learnings and optimization opportunities.

5. Brand & Tribe Communication

  • Create a schedule and execute SMS messages to loyalty base daily in line with ongoing marketing plan.

Support on-ground activations and IROC (India Runs On Chai) execution in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or account management (preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with an eye for detail and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting; ability to derive insights from data.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves building brands with purpose.
