You’ll help shape the brand’s voice, oversee product flow, and make sure every launch feels thoughtful, organised, and beautifully executed. We’re looking for someone who blends: -Creative energy -Strong people skills - Detail-oriented execution What You’ll Do Brand + Creative • Support brand voice, storytelling & content direction • Work with creators, stylists, photographers & editors • Maintain visual + messaging consistency across platforms Product Flow + Coordination • Coordinate sampling → production → launch • Track product availability & movement • Support packaging + quality checks • Manage seeding & product gifting • Liaise with vendors + warehouse partners Creators + Community • Identify & manage fitness + lifestyle creators • Coordinate briefs, timelines & deliverables • Help build meaningful community touchpoints Planning + Insights • Create content + launch calendars • Track performance & share learnings Who You Are • 1-2 year exp in brand / ops / D2C / marketing • Passionate about fitness • Strong aesthetic sense + organised execution • Great communicator; calm under pressure • Resourceful, proactive, ownership-driven Bonus: D2C/fashion/beauty experience; shoot/production experience; Shopify/Notion comfort Send CV: hr@switchentertainment.in
