Role Description

This full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad is for a Junior Associate in Research and Training. The Junior Associate will be responsible for conducting research, developing training materials, facilitating training sessions, and working closely with educators and institutions to implement customized learning programs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting with program evaluations and improvements.

• Research skills and data analysis expertise
• Training development and facilitation skills
• Experience in education, curriculum development, and instructional design
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field
• Previous experience in educational programs is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
