Junior Associate for the Founder’s Office

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the founder in day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, and project coordination
• Create reports, presentations, and maintain documentation
• Track project timelines and ensure tasks are completed by responsible teams
• Coordinate between internal teams (tech, sales, marketing, HR, operations)
• Conduct basic research and prepare summaries for decision-making
• Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting follow-ups
• Support operational and administrative activities as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and handle tasks with professionalism
  

Requirements

• Fresher or 0–1 year of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets & documentation
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Eager to learn, proactive attitude, and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Understanding of IT/tech projects (not mandatory)
