We are looking for:

Exciting times lie ahead! At Collegedunia, one of the leading educational portals, we are currently

looking for a talented Junior Associate Counselling to join our innovative and passionate team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

● Counselling and guiding students throughout their educational journey — from initial inquiry

and profile evaluation to final admission and onboarding.

● Liaising with internal teams such as Applications, Visa, and Admissions to ensure a seamless

process for students.

● Using internal CRM tools, consultant dashboards, and Google Sheets for data entry, tracking,

and coordination.

● Assisting students with shortlisting universities, resolving queries related to applications,

documentation, and offer letters.

● Following up regularly with students and ensuring timely completion of each stage in their

admission process.

● Meeting and maintaining individual student counselling and conversion targets.

● Addressing operational challenges faced by students or team members and escalating when

necessary.

● Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on latest university

offerings and processes.

● Any other task assigned by the Manager to support counselling and business objectives.
