Junior Associate - Account Management

You will be working as a Junior Associate in Account Management at BrandStory Digital, a leading digital marketing agency known for delivering end-to-end marketing solutions. Your role will involve building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring successful campaign/project delivery, and acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with client objectives. - Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and market positioning to provide strategic recommendations that align with client goals. - Work with creative, strategy, and digital teams to develop and execute impactful campaigns, monitoring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional agency services to support revenue growth. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to bring insights and ideas to clients for added value. Key Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience as an Account Manager/Client Servicing Executive (agency environment preferred). - Strong understanding of marketing, branding, digital campaigns, and media channels. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite/Google Workspace (project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana are a plus).
