Job Title : Junior Assistant - EEE Employment Type : Full-time Location: Coimbatore Qualification: Any Degree Experience: 0 – 8 years Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to the EEE department. Key Responsibilities: Assist in document preparation, report compilation, and academic correspondence. Support faculty members in scheduling classes, maintaining student attendance, and managing internal assessments. Handle routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining departmental records. Maintain proper documentation for maintenance records, student project files and help in organizing departmental meetings, workshops, seminars, and student activities. Coordinate with other departments and administrative offices for smooth functioning.
